Water Bath Heater is a process unit used in oilfields and natural gas stations to heat petroleum products and natural gas, raising their temperature to facilitate transportation.
Application
It employs indirect heating, with the water in the heater body maintained at atmospheric pressure while the coil carries the process medium, which may be oil products or natural gas.
In a typical processing train the sequence is: Feed → Separation → Outlet.
