Emergency Processing Skid/ Liquid Hydrocarbon Separation Skid
Automatic oil-gas emergency processing skid is to separate the gas cross over station at low temperature when the station accident occurs, so as to ensure the station system security.
Application
It is an environmental protection saving energy device.
In a typical surface processing train the sequence is: Wellhead → Separation → Treating → Metering → Pipeline.
Scope of supply
- Characteristics 3D The system is mainly composed of three-phase separator, gas-liquid phase separation metering system, venting system, PLC control box and pneumatic control valve, level gauge, operating platform and the ladder.
- The processes are as follows: the gas after pressure regulation by throttle valve, enters into the separation unit, where the oil-gas-water are separated and measured respectively.
- The separated gas phase is measured when heated to 20 ℃, and then transmits.
- Gas condensate enters into the liquid hydrocarbon separation system for a secondary separation.
- Gas and liquid from the separation unit are separated by three-phase separator,the gas phase into venting and flare stack system after pressure stabilization by breather valve and safety valve, the oil into surge separation, while the aqueous ethylene glycol into rich solution tank for regeneration.
