Our company has the series of products of LNG Liquefaction Complete Equipment, such as 310 4 m 3 /d ， 510 4 m 3 /d ， 1010 4 m 3 /d ， 2010 4 m 3 /d ， 30*10 4 m 3 /d Characteristics 3D The technical feature of our products is that refrigerant cycle and natural gas liquefaction are carried out respectively, as two independent cooling systems.
In a typical LNG plant the sequence is: Feed gas → Pre-treatment → Liquefaction → Storage → Loading.
Scope of supply
- In the cooling system, the refrigerant is often comprised of N2, CH4, C2H4, C3H8, C4H10 and C5H12.
- These components are extracted from natural gas.
- In the liquefaction process, through the four heat exchangers in turn, natural gas, the temperature of the natural gas decreases gradually.
- Finally, the gas is stored at constant pressure after throttled.
- The gas, isolated by fishing, can be used directly, also return to gas inlet and be liquefied.
